Remove the stopper and place the reeds into the vessel, allowing them to absorb the fragrance.

For a stronger scent, carefully flip the reeds periodically. For a more subtle fragrance, use fewer reeds.

Place your diffuser in an area with gentle air circulation to help carry the fragrance throughout the room.

Avoid placing it in direct sunlight, near heat sources or directly beneath air conditioning, as this may cause the fragrance to evaporate more quickly.

Always place the diffuser on a stable surface and take care when flipping the reeds, as fragrance oils may damage painted, polished or delicate surfaces.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty, please contact us at info@willowbayaustralia.com as soon as possible, and we'll arrange a repair or replacement for you.

Change of Mind Returns

We don't offer refunds for change of mind, but we're happy to provide a store credit on full priced items when:

• You email us at info@willowbayaustralia.com within 14 days of your purchase date
• The item is unused, in its original condition, and has all tags attached

Please note return shipping is at your own cost. We recommend using a trackable postage method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Sale Items

All sale items are final, we don't offer returns or exchanges on sale items, unless the item is faulty.

How to Return an Item

Simply email info@willowbayaustralia.com with your order number and a short note about your return or fault, and we'll take it from there.

Please note: we only replace items if they are deemed defective or damaged due to a manufacturing fault. General wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault. Any concerns outside our warranty period will not be accepted.
